In 1992, Kathy Coover left her career as a dental hygienist in search of a way to spend more time with her family and contribute to others on a greater scale. Kathy went on to become a top earner in three separate network marketing companies, generating millions in income and helping tens of thousands of entrepreneurs achieve success. Remaining focused on her aspirations to positively impact the lives of others, Kathy joined her husband, Jim, and together they co-founded Isagenix. They set out to build a network marketing company that would be different than all the rest, founded on integrity, passion, and collaboration. Kathy is a nationally recognized and respected leader who has translated her personal successes into training and support systems that have helped create physical and financial freedom for countless Isagenix Associates.

With more than 35 years’ experience, Jim Coover is widely considered a pioneer in the weight-loss and nutrition industry. He successfully led numerous network marketing companies throughout his career, serving more than 7 million customers and exceeding $1 billion in sales. In 2001, Jim and his wife, expert network marketer Kathy, left retirement to link arms with John Anderson to co-found Isagenix in pursuit of a vision to impact world health and free people from physical and financial pain. At Isagenix, Jim has been instrumental in creating the architecture of one of the most generous, simple, and effective compensation plans in the industry.

Travis Ogden joined Isagenix International in 2016 as President and Chief Operating Officer.  Under his leadership, the Company has embarked upon an aggressive growth strategy aimed at positioning Isagenix as a global leader in the health and wellness industry.  Travis possesses both the intense professional will to achieve audacious goals and the personal humility that inspires the entire Isagenix team to work tirelessly and collectively for the common good.

Prior to joining Isagenix, Travis served as Chief Operating Officer in a leading direct sales company, where he spearheaded the company’s global growth, ultimately aiding the organization in surpassing $1 billion in annual sales.

Travis received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from University of Utah. He obtained his CPA license and practiced with two of the world’s largest public accounting firms before taking a leadership role in the private sector. He enjoys cycling, running and many other outdoor activities. He and his wife of 25 years have five boys.


Lynn began her network marketing career in 2003, and over the next five years, became a Top 20 Income Earner! From in-home meetings to sold-out arenas attracting over 16,000 attendees, when Lynn spoke, people listened.
In July 2011, Lynn took a leap of faith, walked away from her multiple six-figure income, and joined Isagenix. Shattering records as her team grew, she went on to become the fastest Isagenix Associate to earn $1 million.
At Global Celebration 2018, Lynn, along with her husband, Michael S. Clouse, were recognized as the No. 1 Isagenix Income Earners worldwide for Isagenix!

Over his 32-year career, Michael has been recognized as one of the “Top 10 Network Marketing Trainers” in the world; he’s also authored over 50 published articles, along with several books, videos, and audio training programs – all on the subject of network marketing.
In June of 2011, Michael was invited to visit Isagenix World Headquarters, caught the vision, and decided that day to walk away from his lucrative speaking and consulting career and joined Isagenix.
Seven years later, Michael along with his beautiful wife, Lynn Hagedorn, are the No. 1 Isagenix Income Earners worldwide!

As an international fitness coach, speaker, and entrepreneur, Cathy led a crazy, busy life. She trained clients and spoke at conferences around the world, all while being a loving mother of two. Introduced to the Isagenix products by her clients, Cathy fueled her body with the nutrition and saw great results. Now building her business, this Isagenix Legacy Club member can be present in the lives of those she loves, which she believes is the greatest gift. Cathy is a recipient of the Women of Isagenix, Rising Star, and Shooting Star awards, was named the No. 1 Isagenix business of 2013, and is a two-time President’s Quest winner.

A former dairy nutritionist, Tyler was introduced to Isagenix in 2011 and has since risen to the top of the company. He and his wife, Kelley, are among the top five income earners, received the 2015 Couple of the Year award, and were named START Ambassadors. They are also members of John C. Maxwell’s Advisory Council to network marketing and are passionate about helping others live a life they only dare to dream of.

As a full-time working mom, Renee was working long hours and was often on the road away from her family. Her health was suffering, and her dream to be home when her son got off the school bus was just that, merely a dream. Her quest for wellness led her to Isagenix, and within weeks, Renee felt a significant change in her health. Through her Isagenix business, Renee was able to quit her job and snagged the ultimate promotion — seeing her son get off the school bus.* Now a mom of three, she can be the mom and wife she’s always wanted to be. Renee is a member of START 1000 and the Isagenix Legacy Club, received the 2018 Women of Isagenix award, and is a Leader in Action.

After the birth of their first daughter, both Gina and her husband were laid off within a couple months of each other.  They turned their loss of their corporate jobs into an opportunity to dive into their passion for fitness and started their own fitness company. For the next three years, they poured themselves into their business.  They were happy working for themselves and welcomed a second daughter.  However, they depleted their savings and were creating debt … until a divine appointment to purchase gym equipment from an Isagenix Independent Associate propelled them into a new opportunity. Since then, Gina has rid their family of debt and replenished their savings and is pursuing the Isagenix business full time with her husband.* Gina is a recipient of the Shooting Star, Leader in Action, and Women of Isagenix awards.

A former professional baseball player, Alvie was forced into early retirement when a career-ending injury took him out of the game. Devastated, he turned to food and alcohol until his weight skyrocketed to over 300 pounds. Alvie started focusing on his physical and financial goals when he found Isagenix and the IsaBody Challenge®, and he later took the stage in August 2016 to be named the 10th IsaBody Challenge Grand Prize Winner. Alvie was also voted winner of the 2019 Global Spirit of Isagenix award.

By purchasing a reserved seat for NYKO 2020, you will be joining us in creating a global impact focused on providing healthy nutrition for undeserved children, wellness education for all, and aid for those affected by natural disasters.

Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and seating placement in the Legacy Foundation reserved section depends on the date and time of your ticket purchase.

There are limited reserved seats available, and they will go fast!

You must have an NYKO event ticket to purchase reserved seating, and only five upgraded seat tickets can be purchased per Member ID, per transaction.

*Tax documents will be sent to the Associate who purchased the reserved seating at the end of the calendar year.




Here’s what you need to know, before you go!

To purchase tour tickets, you must have an NYKO ticket. Limit 5 tour tickets per business center.

All tours depart from the Phoenix Convention Center, and tour attendees must ride on the provided bus transportation to and from the tour. If you need special transportation accommodations, please email us at so that we can better assist you.

You must be fully checked in at NYKO event registration (with an event badge) to get on the tour bus. For those taking morning tours, we recommend checking in at event registration on Wednesday.

No returns or exchanges of tour tickets. Each tour ticket is for a specific time and we cannot exchange tickets to change tour times.

Tours last approximately one hour. Depending on traffic, plan to be gone for up to two and a half hours.

Pack light and arrive early for your bus! You may not leave anything on the bus and buses will not be held for late arrivals.

A limited quantity of tickets are available for tours conducted in Spanish during Tour#6 at 3 p.m.

Due to the long drive time, Corporate Tours are not recommended for children. If you do wish to bring children, please be aware that a tour ticket is required for anyone age 2 and up.
