Q: How do I RSVP to attend Global Top Achievers?
A: On March 14, 2018, you will receive an email with a link to the survey to complete your RSVP for Global Top Achievers. Please complete this survey by March 16, 2018, or your RSVP will not be recorded, and you will be unable to attend Global Top Achievers.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Only the qualified Associate and their marital spouse or business partner on the account as of the end of the qualification period will be eligible for complimentary airfare, hotel, and invitation (if applicable). If you choose to bring any other guest, including children and/or nonmarital partners who are not listed on the qualified business account, he or she will be considered a nonqualified guest, and you will be subject to pay a fee of US$750 per guest for the reception, meal costs, custom welcome gifts, and an excursion. Nonqualified guests will NOT be allowed to attend any General Sessions or training. Please note that Isagenix can only guarantee one sleeping room for each qualified business center. Any additional sleeping rooms you wish to book at the Grand Wailea will be subject to availability.
Q: Can I bring my child as my guest?
A: Isagenix is a family company, and we are aware that many Associates may want to bring their children
with them to Isagenix events. We welcome children, but you should note that children ages 16 years and under must be accompanied by a person who is 18 years old or over, and proof of identity and age of the person 18 or over must be provided on request to gain admission to the event. Also, please keep in mind that due to the noise, volume, theatrics, and length of our General Sessions, these environments may be uncomfortable for children under the age of 16. As with all of our guests, we ask that you consider the other attendee’s enjoyment of the event and that you keep this in mind when you determine the suitability of the event for any child. Refunds will not be issued if any aspect of the event, including the behavior of other audience members, causes discomfort or offense to you or any children in your party. Please note that some of our excursions for this event have an age limit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Q: What is included in the $750 invitation/guest fee?

Q: Can I extend my stay in Maui?
A: Of course! You are more than welcome to extend your stay in Maui. However, please note that you will be responsible for any additional nights as well as any difference in flight prices, if applicable. To extend your stay in Maui, please call the hotel directly, or edit your reservation online. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to guarantee that they will have rooms available outside the dates of the event.
Q: What are the hotel costs associated with extending my stay?
A: If you extend your stay at the Grand Wailea, pending hotel availability, the Isagenix group rate may be available three days prior and three days post the event. Additional resort fee and room attendant fees will also apply. To extend your stay, please work directly with the hotel.
Q: I qualified for hotel accommodations in Luxury Level I or Level II. What is Isagenix covering for my hotel accommodations?
A: Isagenix covers the hotel room, tax, resort fee, room attendant fee, and porterage fee for up to double occupancy only for the nights of May 30 through June 2 for those who qualified for Luxury Level I and Luxury Level II. If you qualified for Luxury Level III, you are responsible for all hotel costs. Please note, gratuities are not included.
Q: What is the per night hotel incidentals fee at Grand Wailea?
A: The hotel charges a $50 per night incidentals fee at check-in. The funds will be held during your stay and refunded upon checkout if unused.
Q: What is included in the $30 hotel resort fee?
A: The hotel resort fee includes:
A tropical flower lei greeting upon arrival.
Two bottles of water placed in the guest room daily.
A 45-minute photography session with Pacific Dream Photography (scheduled in advance).
Unlimited local, toll-free, and credit card calls (no access fee).
Coffee and tea in the guest room.
Participation in yoga classes.
Admission to twice-daily SCUBA clinics.
The use of beach cruiser bikes (subject to availability).
Beach umbrellas for use on Wailea Beach (subject to availability).
In-room internet access (up to 2 MB) with wireless capability and internet for multiple devices.
Note: Resort fee inclusions are subject to change without notice.
Q: I see hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy. Are there fees associated with having additional quests in my room?
A: There is a $25 per person, plus tax per night, charge for more than two persons in any room, with a maximum of four persons per room. There is no charge for children 17 years of age and younger staying in the same room with parents utilizing existing bedding. There is a mandatory $12.50 per person, per room porterage charge applicable to each guest occupying a room, regardless of age.
Q: How can I request early check-in, late checkout, a rollaway bed or crib, a microwave in my room, or other special hotel accommodations?
A: You can contact the Grand Wailea directly at 808-875-1234 for all special requests. Isagenix will not cover any fees associated with special accommodations.
Q: I am unable to make it, and I already reserved a room. How and when do I cancel my hotel reservation to avoid cancellation penalties?
A: If you qualified under Luxury Level III, you must contact the hotel directly and cancel your reservation at least seven days prior to your arrival date to avoid the deposit fee of one night’s room and tax, per hotel policy.
Q: Will Isagenix provide flights, and what is included?
A: If you qualified under Luxury Level I and Isagenix is covering your round-trip economy airfare, you must book your flights through our travel agency, Christopherson Business Travel. CBT will reach out to you once you and your qualified guest, if applicable, have completed the RSVP process.
• Your flights will be covered for arrivals on May 30, and departures on June 3.
• If you choose to upgrade from economy airfare, and/or are traveling outside of these dates, you are responsible for any difference in flight prices.
• Isagenix will cover one checked bag per qualified Associate and qualified guest.
• Isagenix will cover a standard seat reservation fee per qualified Associate and qualified guest.
•Any nonqualifying guests will not have their flights or any fees paid for by Isagenix; however, you can coordinate and pay for their flights with a personal form of payment with CBT.
Q: Will Isagenix provide ground transportation?
A: If you qualified under Luxury Level I, Isagenix will cover your ground transportation to and from the Kahului airport and the Grand Wailea only for arrivals on May 30 and departures on June 3. If you are traveling outside of these dates, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation. Any non-qualifying guests will not have their ground transportation arranged for them. However, if your non-qualified guest will be arriving with you they are more than welcome to join you in your complimentary ground transportation.
Q: What airport do I fly into?
A: Kahului (OGG) located about 30 minutes from the hotel.
Q: What time should I depart?
A: There are no Isagenix-planned activities Sunday, June 3. Please keep in mind the Grand Wailea has a checkout time of 12 p.m. We suggest leaving the Grand Wailea for the airport at least three hours prior to any domestic flight or four hours prior to international flights. If your flight isn’t until the evening, you may store your luggage with the Bellman; see the hotel front desk to arrange on-site.
Q: I did not qualify for Isagenix to cover my ground transportation. Will there be transportation to/from the airport and hotel?
A: There will be taxis available when you arrive at Kahului Airport. It is recommended to arrange your ground transportation prior to your arrival in Maui. The Roberts Hawaii Airport Shuttle is pleased to offer you a convenient way to get from the Kahului Airport to the Grand Wailea. Q: Can I change my excursion on-site?
A: Unfortunately, no. Because we are visiting Maui during their peak tourism season, we will be unable to
accommodate any excursion changes after April 13, 2018. If you want to change your excursion on-site, or do not show up to your excursion, you will be charged a $75 fee. All excursion change requests are subject to availability.
Q: How do I connect with fellow Global Top Achievers attendees?
A: All Global Top Achiever qualifiers will be added to our private Facebook group after March 8. Use this group to connect with your fellow Global Top Achievers, share photos of your experience in Maui, and get excited for the trip of a lifetime!
Q: I’m not sure what to pack; do you have any suggestions?
A: Typical dress during General Session and Welcome Reception is resort casual, and the dinner on the final night will be resort cocktail attire. Please reference the “What to Wear” document for suggested attire for each excursion. Enjoy the summer temperature of 71-84 degrees Fahrenheit. Trade winds blow almost every day, and sea water temperature averages about 77 degrees Fahrenheit. Please check weather conditions leading up to the event so you can pack accordingly.
